Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking link. 

All orders containing Bowmaster® bread knives will be sent via Royal Mail 2-3 day service. Age verification will be required upon delivery.

All other orders will be sent using Royal Mail 2-3 day Tracked.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

You can view our returns policy here. 

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order. Items must be returned at the customer's expense.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@teetowl.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
